Motels in Moab - About the Owners
Meet the new owners.
My name is Grant Peck. My wife Dee Dee and I purchased the motel in the beginning of May, 2011. We have been remarkably busy ever since.
We are on a mission! Make the Inca Inn the top rated budget motel in Moab.
We have a plan! Fix problems, improve services, and exceed expectations!
I have a lot of experience making people happy. For 15 years I ran and operated restaurants in the Boulder/Denver area of Colorado where the Harvest Restaurant and Bakery were very popular restaurant venues. When I sold my interest in the Harvest we had over 385 employees working in three restaurants, one in Boulder and two in Denver. We served, on average, 3500 customers per day.
I believe that if you can put in place the facility, people and systems necessary to make 1000's of people happy every day you should be able to do the same in a 24 room motel.
We are doing just that.
The process is simple. Give our guests what they want, at a price they can afford. What do I want when I stay somewhere? What do you want when you stay somewhere?
Here's my list:
Clean, Comfortable, Convenient and Competitive
We do not try and do not want to be the "cheapest" motel in Moab (although we often are). Our slogan is: "BUDGET DONE BETTER". Of the Motels in Moab and Hotels in Moab, the Inca Inn offers you a unique blend of economy and function. We give you a lot for a little.
Since we have purchased the motel we have had more positive comments than any other time in the Motel's history. The reputation the Inca Inn has gained over the years is its legacy. The reputation we will have in the future will be ours!
